Have a C2 km with all software updates installed but with a Sensodrive problem When driving and changing gear i somtimes without logic: 4 times a day or 1 time a week get the snowflake-warning for the gearbox and one of the following happens: 1. When slowing down the gearbox shift down and the error resolves itself and i can continue driving. When slowing down the gearbox isn't changing but declutch when i stop and then just revs. Unless i rev it to approx rpm when it jumps forward.

When slowing down the gearbox isn't changing and wont declutch so i have to brake it to a forced engine stop.

I've checked with the Lexia and there is 1 permanent error each time: P "Clutch actuator fault: Incorrect position in relation to the reference value. Coherence" Could it be the clutch actuator that's finished.

Or do I get these errors due to a clutch problem. Or is it just electrical issues? Hepl needed! I wasn't sure so fitted a used one 1st, but it rectified the fault straight away. Have done it with the Lexia a few times, but they always seem to come out a bit. Anyway Iam an expert at rebuilding them now To fit you will need to remove battery box and air filter, which is a battle in itself. There are 3 Torx screws, undo the a little and the unit slides off. Posted Tuesday, January 06, AM. Saturday Job. I'm new to these forums but I've hit a dead end trying to repair our C2 with the Senso drive box. To start with the car would restart after the box had reset. After it gave up and many hours of searching the forums for an answer I sent the box ecu to "ecu testing" and they sent back as beyond repair.

I sourced a replacement from the internet and fitted to the car, while I was waiting for the delivery I removed both actuators mistake and checked them on the bench both seemed ok. I removed the motors and tested with power supply all appeared to work fine. After refitting and doing the usual reset the car will start and select 1st or reverse only but has no drive, I have Lexia and Diagbox using V7.

Firstly I d like to asked does anyone know what this means in English, Second I think I created this by removing the actuator is this correct and will it reset once the actuator is rest to correct position. And lastly has anyone actually repaired a faulty actuator themselves if so how. Today I m going to try and make my own adjusting tool to set the required 3mm of pretension on the clutch.
